Before Our Issues Were Solved At Last Weekend’s Award Show, The Chief Imam Had To Intervene” – 3 Music

The Chief Executive Officer of 3Music Networks, Baba Sadiq Abdulai Abu, has recounted how prayers rescued the day after a catastrophic setback only minutes before the start of the newest edition of the awards presentation.

Sadiq said the event had to be put on hold for roughly forty minutes due to technical difficulties during an interview with Abeiku Santana on Accra-based Okay FM, which was viewable on Instagram.

The OB Van mixer had entirely failed, according to the 3Music CEO, as had their backup mixer.

He added that he was on the edge of fainting out because it would jeopardize the entire production and event.

Sadiq Abdulai said he had to call his father to ask Chief Imam Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu for prayers for the team. Despite the late hour, his father obeyed and contacted the Chief Imam.

Because both their primary and backup plans had failed, the production crew reportedly dropped down on their knees to pray to God for a miracle.

“While Tony and the others were praying, I went to pray in my car.” Everyone should go to church and pray, Tony suggested. Baba Sadiq added, “I too got inside my car to pray.”
