Ghana has been assigned to one of the lowest groups for this year’s FIFA World Cup, ahead of the draw in Qatar.
Ghana has qualified for the World Cup for the first time after defeating Nigeria’s Super Eagles on Tuesday.
The draw for the competition in November/December will take place during the 72nd FIFA Congress, which is currently taking place in Qatar.
On Friday, April 1, it will be held in the Doha Exhibition & Conference Centre.
Cameroon, Ecuador, Saudi Arabia, Canada, who is also returning since 1986, and the three qualifiers from the June play-offs are all in Ghana’s pot.
At least during the group stage, these teams will not meet.
